Being a homosexual or attracted towards same-sex is mention in section 377. Like India, in many societies has made it taboo. But no more in India now. 6th sept, 2018 supreme court has given milestone decision for the LGBT community in India. The same gender is no more illegal in India.
It's been a long journey to achieve own rights. Means If you have the right to live, then must have the right to privacy. Which lead to the freedom of having sex with the same gender as well.
